Do any of you have any challenges when it comes to getting your kids to eat healthier? Mine do ok. I try to limit their sugar intake and cook all around healthy thing (spanish household, all about rice in here). I have problems with my oldest being a super picky eater. She will only eat things that look bland and don't have much color. No veggies, and she refuses to eat any type of meat. I only cook chicken and barely make any red meats. And no pork, lol, though my little girl loves her ham sandwiches. So I make an exception for that. Any advice/suggestions/similar issues/challenges/how many more slashes can I type :)?
